In 2020, Howell Engineering teamed up with MBID of Delaware, LLC. to develop an undeveloped parcel located in Caln Township into an apartment community that was approved for PHFA funding.

The community consists of six apartment buildings. Four buildings contain 24 units and two buildings contain 12 units. In addition to the apartments, a community building will be included along with a basketball court, tot-lot, and barbeque area. Howell Engineering worked closely with MBID of Delaware, LLC., Donovan Architects, Stuart Associates, Ingram Engineering Services, Inc., F. Tavani and Associates, Inc., and Contech Engineered Solutions to complete the design of this project.
