Howell Engineering teamed up with KCBA Architects for the design and approvals needed to construct a new elementary school at the existing Uwchlan Hills Elementary School site.

The site required extensive planning and phasing for construction as the new building was built while the existing building was still in use. With students and staff in mind, Howell Engineering ensured the construction would not impact the safety or learning of the students of Uwchlan Hills. Howell Engineering worked with Uwchlan Township, Chester County Conservation District, and the Pennsylvania DEP to obtain the necessary approvals for the construction of the new school.
