In 2015, Bentley Homes teamed up with Cornerstone Communities to redevelop the site located at 751 Vandenberg Boulevard to construct four new apartment buildings. The site was the former location of the 290,000 SF Lockheed Martin intelligence research building.

The apartment community, which was previously referred to as Vandenberg due to its location, provides a mixture of 157 one-bedroom, 138 two-bedroom, and 16 three-bedroom units. In addition to the apartments, a large green courtyard with swimming pool and outdoor living spaces are provided. Other amenities include a small dog park, community garden, and porous pavement walking trail around the perimeter of the complex.
