This is a four-story apartment building totaling 240,000 SF with an attached four-story parking garage, formerly the site of the Frazer Lanes Bowling Alley.

The property consists of four parcels totaling 5.105 acres and the result yielded a complex with 227 units, 257 garage parking spaces and 73 exterior surface parking spaces. The development also provides for a large underground storm water management facility, extensive landscaping and off-site highway improvements.
