Happy New Year! We’re proud to report that Phase Two of the Brandywine Walk is well underway in East Brandywine Township. The homes in Phase One sold so quickly that Ryan Homes and the developer were eager to move into construction of Phase Two to extend the success at this location.

The site contractor, Lyons & Hohl, has brought their all-star team and continues to make quick work of the site improvements.

The next phase will significantly enhance this exciting 55+ community by adding amenity spaces that residents will enjoy. A clubhouse, an outdoor pool and other outdoor gathering spaces are all part of the plan. Phase Two will also introduce luxury townhouse units to the community along with more single-family lots to provide extensive options for potential buyers.
