Seriously, one of our favorite ways to boost morale is by getting together with coworkers outside of the workplace. Lately, we have been doing this with a weekly happy hour on Thursday evenings at various restaurants and with the Howell Bowling Team (formally known as Pin Diesel because we are family).

Outings like these emphasize team collaboration and communication, which, in turn, help us all succeed.
