Every year, Howell employees, just like those at many other companies, join in the friendly March Madness bracket challenge! This fun event brings people together over a common objective and even facilitates conversation between employees who work in different departments that may not engage in regular conversation as frequently. Whether you're bonding over favoring the same college or rooting for the same team to win it all, it's a very fun way to bond with your coworkers and even learn a little more about them. Opening weekend is always the most intense because there is nothing like that first bracket buster and everyone sharing in the misery of their chances of winning the challenge being all but wiped out! Even when losing the challenge, it is still a very enjoyable experience for all who participate. When you win, it is always the most satisfactory because you endured the friendly jabs from everyone who was not as good at picking the correct winners over the multi-week competition! That being said, win or lose, it's a fun experience that makes it easy to get to know the people you work with and some of their interests outside of work.
