Home construction is now underway at the Reserve at Cross Creek, formerly Culbertson Village. This townhouse development is located along Route 322 in West Brandywine Township.
The project includes the construction of 178 townhouse units arranged along multiple roadways and a cul-de-sac. Access to the development will be provided through three entrance drives: two along Route 322 and one on Swinehart Road. Howell Engineering has collaborated with the project team to create plot plans for the townhouse buildings, ensuring they meet the requested design footprints.
