Construction for Westwynd Gardens in West Brandywine Township is expected to begin imminently. The Sewage Planning Module was recently approved by PADEP, and the NPDES permit will soon follow.
Westwynd Gardens is a banquet facility that will host weddings and other special events. The facility will consist of the main banquet hall, a conservatory, and a storage building. In addition, a historic building that currently exists on the property will be relocated and used as part of the facility for additional storage. The property is located just northeast of the intersection of Route 82 and Route 322.
Howell Engineering worked closely with the owner, Allem/Bentley Properties, Inc., as well as Stuart & Associates, F. Tavani and Associates, and Riley Riper Hollin & Colagreco to secure Land Development approval. Approvals were obtained from the Township, PennDOT, the Chester County Conservation District, and PADEP.
