Howell celebrates the accomplishments of our Mechanicsburg office. Since last June, our team has been privileged to serve the West Shore and surrounding community with top-tier surveying, engineering, and environmental services.

The year’s four most notable projects showcase our knowhow:

SITE DEVELOPMENT:

1. 3081 Elizabethtown Road (Conewago Township, Dauphin County, PA)

Developed a 7-lot mixed-use community. 

2. Wynfield at Annville, Phase 1B (South Annville Township, Lebanon County, PA)

Developed the second phase of a 55+ community.

3. Candler's Pointe (South Annville Township, Lebanon County, PA)

Installed the first of three phases of a 150-unit multi-family community. 

STORMWATER BASIN CONVERSION:

4. Townes at Mayapple Woods (South Annville Township, Lebanon County, PA)

Converted a basin from erosion and sediment controls to post-construction stormwater management. 

We achieved efficient construction operations by preparing precise automation files for heavy equipment, while launching a state-of-the-art UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) equipped with LiDAR technology to perform comprehensive aerial mapping.

Preparation allowed our detailed automation files to communicate seamlessly with the existing controls in the field. Each one compatible with the GPS (Trimble, Topcon, etc) systems of our site equipment. Site calibrations were integrated for maximum accuracy throughout grading, excavation, and material handling.
