Home construction has begun at Worthington Farm, formerly known as Gray Farm. This single-family home development is located along Worthington Road and Bausman Road in Uwchlan Township. The construction will include 73 single-family dwellings, multiple roadways and stormwater management facilities. Two entrance drives will be utilized to enter the development from Worthington and Bausman Roads.

Howell Engineering has been working with the project team while creating plot plans for each lot with the requested footprints. Currently, 40 lots have had plans created and are either constructed, in the construction phase, or yet to be started.
