Construction is officially underway at Bentley Homes’ new Rose Glenn Community in Easttown Township. Following the demolition of the former Devereux Site at 228 Highland Avenue, site work began with the installation of a private cul-de-sac road that will serve ten new luxury homes.
Earlier this year, Howell oversaw the construction of eight underground infiltration beds, ensuring that the site’s infrastructure was ready for development. With much of the groundwork complete, Bentley Homes has now begun selling and building individual residences.

Rose Glenn offers a prime location, just a half mile from the Devon Train Station and downtown Wayne and falls within the highly regarded Tredyffrin/Easttown School District. Homes are currently starting around $2.2 million.
