The Publicker Tract project, located at 1301 Main Street in Limerick Township, involved the preparation of Sketch and Conditional Use plans for a data center development on a 190-acre site.

The proposed layout consisted of seven (7) buildings, each with minimum footprints of 160,000 square feet. A network of driveways was designed, including the necessary parking and loading areas. In addition, two (2) substations, each with footprints of approximately 218,000 square feet, were incorporated.

The site layout was strategically planned to comply with the Township’s overlay district requirements for data centers while minimizing impacts to the natural resources present on the property.
