Norwood is a custom home located within the City of Annapolis limits on approximately two acres of waterfront land on the Severn River.
This unique waterfront home site required analysis of slope buffers, waterway setbacks, pier harbor lines, and preservation and mitigation of trees in order to achieve the desired design goals of the homeowner. The design consisted of a large-scale dwelling, two detached garages, a swimming pool and patio area along with a detached pool house.
