Located within proximity to the United States Navel Academy on Rt 450 just north of the Severn River in Annapolis this 4-acre undeveloped site presented unique design challenges.

Terrain worked closely with Mariners Church Senior Pastor Bill McKinney to ensure the final church and site design fit within Mariners Church construction budget. The proposed site design provided for innovative stormwater controls to minimize runoff to a culvert under Route 450. This design allowed for a stable outfall to the Severn River. This site is currently under construction with an anticipated completion date of December 2023.
