Dover Commons is a 60,000 SF flex space multi use warehouse/Industrial Building located in the Bay Meadow Industrial Park, ideally located for businesses servicing Baltimore and Washington D.C.

The design process required significant analysis to protect and minimize disturbance to nature sensitive features, including soil stabilization and a balancing of earth work to ensure stabilization of the site’s outfall. Terrain worked closely with the developer to ensure the industrial nature of the design could handle large scale vehicular movement and to also bring water and sewer services into the site. The innovative nature of the stormwater management design provides areas of permeable pavement, bio-swales, and underground infiltration devices.
