Howell Kline is proud to be providing construction stakeout services for Penn Hills, a new 41 lot development by Hearthstone Homes in Bernville, PA. As you can see in the photos below, M&A Excavating is currently in the final stages of site improvements, and after they curb and pave, Hearthstone will begin the houseline work.  We try to take the work from existing woods or fields through the design stage at DL Howell to the final product.
