Terrain, a Civil Engineering/Land Planning firm located in Annapolis, MD, is seeking Entry-Level CAD Drafter/Designer candidates to engage in the preparation of Major/Minor Site Plans, Grading Permits and associated plans and plats requiring city/county review and approval.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare commercial and residential development design documents from initial design through city/county/state review stage to final governmental agency approval
- Drafting support
Requirements:
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Associate’s Degree or Computer Aided Drafting Certification no required but a plus
