About a year and a half ago, we proudly announced the expansion of our services with the opening of our Mechanicsburg, PA office. This strategic move has enabled us to extend our reach and better serve the diverse needs of our clients throughout Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. Since then, the Howell Construction Stakeout team has been hard at work on numerous projects across the region.

Project Updates

Cocalico Road Culvert Repair and Stormwater Additions – Ephrata Borough, Lancaster County

Howell Construction Stakeout is on-site at the Cocalico Road culvert repair and stormwater addition project for MDX Site in the Ephrata Borough. Our team was present during the demolition of the existing headwall and storm sewer. MDX is actively managing water flow while making improvements, utilizing pumps to maintain a dry worksite as they prepare for the new culvert. HCS staked new inlets in the street and the new culvert, which will make a big difference in improving stormwater runoff efficiency.

L.B. Smith Ford Commercial Service Center – Lemoyne, Cumberland County

The Howell Construction Stakeout team is also on-site at the L.B. Smith Ford Commercial Service Center, staking storm sewer for Hershey Excavating. The project involves the development of a proposed truck center, requiring an underground basin and storm sewer system, and the team is hard at work making it happen. Hershey Excavating is pushing through challenging rock conditions as they prepare the site for the necessary infrastructure improvements.
