Old Cedar Grove Associates, LLC., contracted Howell Engineering to prepare individual plot plans for 10 single-family homes on a previously approved subdivision. The 10 lots are located in Marple Township, Delaware County, at the corner of Old Cedar Grove Road and Tall Tree Circle.

Construction has been completed on several homes, with a couple still under construction, and the last home is about to begin construction. The sizes of homes vary due to the shape and size of each lot.

Stormwater management has been designed to utilize on-lot infiltration beds and a single basin located at the rear of the lot, at the end of the cul-de-sac.
